So in terms of starting a stronger bench press we need to first build a base, using hypertrophy to help us build a solid base when it comes to lifting and then work on our programming and nutrition to key in and give us a better bench. You have many variations to a bench press that will help you, the main thing we wanna focus on is those triceps, hitting the triceps more for a stronger bench lockout. Frequency, benching way more frequently which will up the movement pattern, more days means more variations to strengthen the bench. Sometimes you just need to do the movement more rather than complicating things, the more you bench the better you will be at it.
