Things to Do on WonderHowTo (07/18 - 07/24)

WonderHowTo is a how-to website made up of niche communities called Worlds, with topics ranging from Minecraft to science experiments to Scrabble and everything in-between. Check in every Wednesday evening for a roundup of user-run activities and how-to projects from the communities. But don't wait—start submitting your own projects to the most appropriate World now!

Below are the how-to highlights from the last week, as well as any current activities going on this week in the World communities.

MacGyverisms World

What can you do with all of that random junk lying around your home? Turn it into something useful! In the MacGyverisms World, you'll learn how to make use of those odds and ends. Christian Miller and the community share their favorite MacGyver-friendly hacks and crafts, including cool ways to declutter your closet, making a DIY spice rack, recycling crayons, and cooling off with a homemade air conditioner. You can even see how to start a fire with pee, thanks to The King of Random.

I just found this site and thought it looked great. I joined but now it looks kind of abandoned. Last post here was 6 months ago.

This is the WHT company blog. There's much more to WonderHowTo than this. Check out our front page which features the latest and greatest, and dive into a specific World that suits your interests to see what's new from those particular communities.

I've been looking around the site this afternoon, on and off a bit. I love the look of it, very visual and a lot of freedom to create and share ideas. Many of the topics seem forgotten by whoever created them, which is sad. I curate content on Scoop.it, write for HubPages and keep my own sites. I like finding new networks to add to the mix so I joined up here.
